IYSL Directors, David Newbery or Scott Wollaston will arrange a call to discuss your membership and identify the Circle/s that fit well with your needs and job role.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Membership & Fees:
- The annual membership fee for the Leadership Circle is $1,999 for the first year.
- Accepted Members will receive an invoice for the Membership fee - payable on receipt.
- Membership expires 12 months after the first attended Leadership Circle session.
- Annual Membership begins on the date of the first Leadership Circle meeting attended.
- During promotional periods, IYSL and its partners may offer selective discounts to individuals, but discounts are not guaranteed for every applicant.
- Membership in the Leadership Circle is not guaranteed and is subject to IYSL approval.

Attendance & Engagement
- Leadership Circle members are expected to attend all scheduled meetings and the annual Leaders in Youth Sports Conference.
- If a member is unable to attend a meeting, they must notify the Circle Moderator in advance.
- Members will be requested to serve as a 'thought leader' for at least one meeting annually, presenting a best practice or issue agreed upon by the group.

Professional Conduct & Collaboration
- Members are expected to demonstrate professionalism, willingness to collaborate, and openness to sharing insights about their club’s performance.
- Membership requires the Circle Member's club to participate in the IYSL Best Practice Analysis.
- Members must be fully engaged in meetings, and minimize unnecessary distractions.
- Members should keep the video camera on during virtual meetings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- IYSL reserves the right to remove a member from the Leadership Circle at its discretion. If removal occurs, IYSL will issue a refund for the remaining portion of the membership.
- Members may withdraw from the Leadership Circle by providing at least 45 days' notice before their membership expiration date.
- No portion of the membership fee will be refunded if a member is unable to attend scheduled meetings or events.

Member Benefits
- Membership includes one non-transferable registration for an IYSL Conference.
- Members will receive one free registration per month for IYSL-hosted webinars.
