The annual membership fee is $1,999, which includes meetings, networking opportunities, educational resources, and event access.
Circles meet eight times per year: four virtual meetings every 45 days, three extended virtual meetings every 90 days, and one in-person Circle Retreat.
Meetings are held virtually and in-person, with most being online and one annual in-person retreat.

When a seat is vacated, members can nominate candidates, and IYSL presents up to three potential replacements for unanimous approval by the existing members.
